ExportNZ BOP alongside BNZ Partners are proud to launch the Export Masterclass series for 2016 – a new workshop style export education event which will allow you to develop an in-depth understanding of the topic, to build internal capability and to work through your own examples for implementation within your specific business. 

Export Masterclass #1: Market Research & Validation

Join us for a half day workshop where we dive deep into the topic of market research and validation.

Our facilitator Dan Hansen from MSM Sales Specialists will provide advice based on your business/products. A workbook will be provided for you to record and develop a strategy. The workshop will cover these key areas to enable you to undertake effective market research within your own business.
 
In particular, we will look at the following in detail:

  • Approaches to market research
  • Quantitative and qualitative research
  • Defining your offering
  • Macro, micro and behavioural
  • Balance score cards
  • Refining your message or unique selling point
  • Sources of data

The core objectives are to leave with an in-depth understanding, build capability internally, a workbook of your own examples that have been worked through in relation to market research and validation.
 
Come prepared with a product/service in mind that you want to export or need assistance with – use the session to drive thoughts around their own product/service.

We expect you to walk away with specific details around how you and your business can implement the right strategy in detail.
